This herbal tea blend is our treatment of choice for our own families when allergies strike. This tea may be used as soon as symptoms begin or as a preventative. We recommend drinking a cup every hour until symptoms subside.
This loose leaf tea is made from a blend of organic nettle leaf, lemon balm, spearmint, chamomile, mullein leaf, marshmallow root, and red clover.
Steep 1 TBS of herbs for 10-15 minutes, remove herbs from water, and sip tea slowly.
